True, but it’s nearly perfect otherwise. Barn doors, and being a 98/99 with a Vortec would be ideal

I grew up with a ‘91 GMC Suburban . It was slow, thirsty, and the brakes were constantly needing replacement. It ate three transmissions in 200k miles. It did have barn doors and could seat 35 people comfortably. Would have been a better truck with the 454ci. Ours was the 350ci... too small for the size.

Sounds about right for a 4L60E....the 454 would still certainly be thirsty, just not as slow? I’m most drawn to a 98/99 with a Vortec 350

Its an argument of 12mpg vs 10mpg... lol. Vortec definitely better and cheaper.
